A Nigerian female banker has expressed frustration over the treatment of contract staff in the country’s banking sector, lamenting the widespread fear among employees to challenge oppressive practices.

In a heartfelt post shared online, she stated: “I did my best, but I’m going to give up at this point. Many contract staff in Nigerian banks are afraid to rise up to their oppressors. Nobody is talking about it. I prayed for this revolution to happen in my lifetime.”
