During an appearance on The Honest Bunch Podcast, the popular entertainer expressed support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, praising the government for making strides in addressing the country’s security challenges.

When asked by co-host Daddy Freeze if the nation is safer now compared to ten years ago, Seyi Law stated confidently, “Nigeria is safer now than 10 years ago.” He added that the current administration has neutralized more bandits than previous governments, including during Goodluck Jonathan’s presidency.

He further suggested that the frequency of major terror attacks has decreased, implying an improvement in national security.

However, activist Zekeri, who appeared on the same episode, disputed this perspective. He highlighted ongoing security issues, pointing to recent incidents in the Northeast, rising kidnapping cases, and the deaths of senior military officials as evidence that insecurity remains a serious concern.
