A young man has shared the painful story of how his three-year relationship with a woman identified as Dera came to an end after an unplanned pregnancy changed their lives.
According to him, the couple had serious intentions of getting married once Dera felt ready, despite their age difference. He explained that his family was fully aware of the relationship and maintained regular contact with her throughout the period they were together.
The situation took a drastic turn when Dera became pregnant. The man said he advised against terminating the pregnancy, but she went ahead with an abortion without his consent. He claimed the procedure led to complications that damaged her womb, leaving her unable to have children.
“It all turned sour when she mistakenly got pregnant for me and she wanted to abort the pregnancy despite my countless warnings. She eventually got rid of the pregnancy and sadly it destroyed her womb and now she can’t have children. I told her straight up I can’t marry her,” he said.
