Businesswoman Tracy Nicolas Ohiri, who previously accused Nigeria’s Minister of Works, David Umahi, of owing her a long-standing N304m debt, has reportedly collapsed and been rushed to a hospital in Abuja.
The development was brought to public attention by activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore, who raised alarm through a post on his Instagram page. Sowore alleged that TracyNither, as she is also known, had earlier been arrested on the orders of the Works Minister following her public claims.
According to the post, the businesswoman’s health condition deteriorated, leading to her being hospitalized in the Federal Capital Territory. Supporters have expressed concern over her wellbeing, calling for transparency regarding her situation and demanding that her rights be protected.
