The Group Managing Director of Akpoazaa Group and CEO of Akpoazaa Foundation, Dr Frank Igbojindu has celebrated Christmas in a unique way in Okija Community in Anambra State.
Through his Akpoazaa Foundation, the social entrepreneur on December 25, 2025, hosted the women of his village in Okija where he distributed many items including foodstuffs as well as cash gifts.
Dr Igbojindu equally unveiled impactful programs aimed at uplifting the lives of mothers in the community.
Addressing the gathering,Dr. Igbojindu also known as Akuyienwataegwu na Okija emphasized the group’s mission of lifting people out of poverty through education, healthcare, clean water, and sustainable empowerment.
The foundation distributed bags of rice and educational materials to families, to ensure both immediate relief and long-term support.
Additionally, 11 of these women aged 65 and above were inducted into a new Monthly Salary Scheme.
The foundation also announced Free Medical Care for all women in 2026, fully funded by Akpoazaa Foundation.
Similarly, a business Capital Support Programme was launched, set to kick off in January 2026, aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs. Furthermore, a Students’ Scholarship Engagement was announced, targeting indigent yet brilliant pupils, effective January 1, 2026
Dr. Igbojindu reaffirmed the goal to raise over 20 millionaires in 5 years through focused youth empowerment.
Recalling prior achievements, he highlighted the donation of a solar-powered borehole to the community, an effort he made for sustainable clean water access for the community.
“Building on earlier interventions, our mission remains clear: lifting people out of poverty through education, healthcare, clean water, and sustainable empowerment,” Dr. Igbojindu declared.
