American rapper and Maybach Music Group head, Rick Ross, has shared his ultimate dream lineup for a music collaboration, which would feature reggae icon Bob Marley, Afrobeat pioneer Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, and Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Burna Boy.
During a recent livestream interview, Ross spoke about the artists he would be most excited to work with if given the chance. He emphasized that uniting such legendary talents on a single track would mark a historic moment in music.
Describing the potential project as “next level,” Ross highlighted how the combination of these musical powerhouses would make for an extraordinary record.
“If I could create my dream collaboration right now, it would include me, Bob Marley, Fela Kuti, and Burna Boy. Imagine that record it would be king-level. That’s next level,” he said.
Ross also expressed interest in featuring the legendary Nigerian-British singer Sade Adu, although he acknowledged that securing her participation could be a challenge.
“I’m the boss, but I’m not sure if I could get Sade to work with me. Still, I’ll put it on my wish list. I love Sade. Respect to the queen,” he added.
