Popular Nigerian TikTok creator Kate Dennis, widely recognized as Otweytwey, has opened up about her dissolved marriage to Afrobeats artist Enuawere Collins, professionally known as C-Nero, following her divorce announcement in 2024.
Otweytwey, celebrated for her humorous and relatable TikTok content, and C-Nero had risen to fame together through their entertaining videos, quickly gaining the attention of online audiences.
She officially confirmed the end of their two-year marriage in December 2024, sharing an emotional message on Instagram.
In a recent podcast appearance on gistndvibwivpele, which circulated online on Monday, March 10, Otweytwey revealed that she personally funded their 2024 wedding, including the cash C-Nero publicly displayed during the celebration.
The TikTok star explained that she covered all wedding expenses, including the ring, and that their families were unaware she had financed the event. She also mentioned that C-Nero was financially stable when they met, though she claimed his income came from gambling.
“I sponsored my wedding. I paid for everything, even the ring, but our parents think he did. The money he was spraying at the wedding came from me. When I met him, he was okay, earning his money through gambling,” Otweytwey disclosed while discussing her marriage to C-Nero.
