A video circulating on social media has captured the aftermath of a serious crash involving an ultra-luxury Cadillac Escalade reportedly worth over ₦200 million in Lagos.
According to reports, the accident occurred after the driver allegedly lost control of the high-end SUV. Footage from the scene shows the vehicle with heavy front-end damage, deployed airbags, bent rims, and visible impact to its bodywork.
In the viral clip, the driver is seen sitting on the ground near the wrecked vehicle, visibly distressed as bystanders gathered around him. He was heard sobbing and expressing fear about the consequences of the crash.
“I’d rather kill myself than survive after this… I don’t know how I’ll face my oga… this car is worth over ₦200 million… my life is finished,” he said while crying.
People at the scene attempted to calm him, reminding him that his life was more important than any material possession and urging him to stay calm.
